Enseada’s Court-Supervised Reorganization Plan is approved

Enseada Indústria Naval had its Court-Supervised Reorganization Plan (“Plan”) approved during the General Meeting of Creditors held on September 14th, 2021.

According to Maurício Almeida, CEO of Enseada, “From now on, a new stage in Enseada’s path begins, which will contribute to the development of a more competitive and sustainable national industry.”  Next month Enseada will complete 10 years.

According to Ricardo Ricardi, CFO of Enseada, “The approval of the Plan is a confirmation that Enseada is on the right path. We worked tirelessly on restructuring and repositioning Enseada, and the result was the approval of a balanced and promising Plan. We have great hope for the future of Enseada.

The approved Plan is in line with the Company’s strategic repositioning, which started to act as a large Industrial and Logistics Complex. In addition to carrying out shipbuilding & offshore construction projects, Enseada also started to provide logistics and industrial solutions for clients and partners.

ENSEADA obtains Transshipment authorization

Enseada Industria Naval obtained the Environmental Authorization from INEMA – Instituto do Meio Ambiente e Recursos Hídricos (Institute of Environment and Water Resources) – to carry out cargo transshipment operations between ships (iron ore and manganese transshipment), in Todos os Santos Bay, in the State of Bahia .

 

The operation was formalized through Ordinance No. 21,780, issued by INEMA and published last Thursday (11/12/2020) in the Official Gazette of the State of Bahia, allowing TUP Enseada to load Capesize vessels of around 200 thousand tons of ore.

 

TUP Enseada is currently licensed (INEMA Ordinance No. 20,117 of 02/14/2020) for handling 3,000,000 tons / year of iron ore and manganese.

Start of port operations at the Enseada Terminal

Today the ship Supramax Athena left ENSEADA with a navigation draft of 11 meters, carrying 44,000 tons of iron ore bound for china.

The ship was loaded with the 4 onboard cranes operating simultaneously in just 60 hours, resulting in an ore transfer rate 50% higher than planned.

The success of the operation result in an anticipation of the schedule for the customer and a reduction in freight costs.

Approximately 1,100 trucks loaded with ore have been received in the past 4 weeks.

Corvette Tamandare Consortium Villegagnon makes room for the RJ industry

The Consortium Villegagnon (Naval Group, Mectron e Enseada) promoted at the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro – FIRJAN, a meeting with state companies of Rio de Janeiro interested in participating with the consortium, the construction of Class Corvette Tamandaré – CCT.

Mr. Eric Berthelot, president of Naval Group in Brazil, opened the event by exposing those present the importance for the consortium have been classified with the short-list of Navy of Brazil – MB, program of Corvettes Class Tamandaré. He emphasized the importance of companies for Naval Group and that the proposed Villegagnon consortium is the one that best meets the needs of MB.

Enseada Indústria Naval marca presença na Rio Oil & Gas 2018

Rio de Janeiro, 26 de setembro de 2018 – A Enseada Indústria Naval está participando da Rio Oil & Gas 2018, entre os dias 24 e 27 de setembro, no Riocentro. Durante o evento, a empresa apresenta seu moderno parque industrial implantado no Recôncavo baiano. A Feira é o maior encontro das empresas de óleo e gás da América Latina e poucos estaleiros do país participam do evento.

O estande da Enseada oferece atendimento técnico especializado, além da distribuição de material institucional. No dia 25, terça-feira, a companhia realizou em seu estande (pavilhão 4 – M7) um coquetel, aberto ao público, com a presença de toda a diretoria da companhia.

A atual edição do evento tem como slogan “Energia para Transformar”, e sintetiza a retomada da indústria através da recuperação dos preços de petróleo e novos leilões previstos ainda para este ano, quanto para 2019.

Segundo Maurício Almeida, presidente da Enseada, a presença da empresa na feira marca o processo de reestruturação da companhia e oferece ao mercado um estaleiro pronto para operar nos mais altos padrões de produtividade e qualidade internacionais.

“Nossas instalações estão prontas para atender o mercado de construção de módulos de FPSO. Foi um investimento estratégico que assumimos e estamos preparados para a retomada do mercado de Óleo e Gás”, garante Almeida. Ainda segundo ele, “o Brasil possui empresas e profissionais qualificados para produzir aqui os navios e plataformas que o país precisa, gerando emprego e renda em diversas localidades do Brasil”, enfatizou o executivo.

Diferenciais

O setor de óleo e gás tem a maior participação no Business Plan da Enseada, e módulos de FPSOs tem destaque dentro deste setor. A empresa dispõe de uma área industrial muito grande (equivalente a 211 campos de futebol), com capacidade de construir módulos dentro da oficina e em heavy zones externas, debaixo do guindaste de 1.800t. O maior diferencial do estaleiro é o fato do guindaste de 1.800t poder se projetar sobre as águas, permitindo a integração de módulos com o casco flutuando. Ainda no setor de óleo e gás, a empresa mira os Navios Aliviadores DP2 e Cascos de FPSO. O mercado de cabotagem para navios de grande porte também é um importante negócio para a Enseada. A empresa tem capacidade de processar até 108 mil toneladas de aço por ano (equivalente a 6 navios Aframax por ano).

No momento a Enseada participa da tomada de preço para construir quatro Navios de Guerra (Corvetas) para a Marinha Brasileira. A empresa é parceira da francesa Naval Group (antiga DCNS) nesta concorrência, continuando a parceria de sucesso que o grupo tem no projeto dos submarinos brasileiros, em construção no Rio de Janeiro.

OTC BRASIL “TRANSFORMING TODAY TO POWER THE SOLUTIONS OF TOMORROW” – 2017

FLICA EXHIBITION RECEIVES MORE THAN 5 THOUSAND PEOPLE

THE PLAYFUL UNIVERSE OF BOOKS TAKES CARE OF FLIQUINHA AND THE STREETS OF CACHOEIRA

During four days the city of Cachoeira became Bahia capital of literature with the accomplishment of the seventh edition of the International Literary Festival of Cachoeira (Flica). For the sixth consecutive year, the Odebrecht group participated as one of the supporters of this initiative, in addition to setting up the cultural tent “A Magia das Histórias”, a charming and differentiated space offered in partnership with the Free Books movement, a movement to a reading that has taken place in Salvador for three years and has already installed 42 mini libraries, distributed more than 35 thousand books and launched the book “The Magic of Dreams”.
